Each credit allows you to create one custom or professionally translated allergy card. For example, with the Annual Subscription, you get 50 credits upfront, and with the Triennial Subscription, you get 150 credits upfront, ready to use anytime within your subscription period.

Once you’ve used up all your available credits (50 for the Annual plan, 150 for the Triennial), you’ll need to purchase additional credits or renew your subscription if it’s close to expiration.

Our credits do not expire until your subscription ends. For the Montly plan, you can use your 50 credits anytime within the month. For the Annual plan, you have one year to use your 150 credits.

Yes! You can purchase additional credits at any time or upgrade your plan to include more cards.

Yes, we’ll send you a reminder email before your subscription is set to renew so you have time to make any necessary changes to your plan.

Credits do not expire as long as your subscription is active. However, unused credits do not carry over after the subscription period ends unless you renew.
